Brownie de frutos silvestres / Brownie with berries

225gr de chocolate / 225gr chocolate
180gr de manteiga / 180gr butter
200gr de açucar / 200gr sugar
3 ovos / 3 eggs
100gr de farinha / 100gr flour
40gr de cacau em pó / 40gr cocoa powder
150gr de frutos silvestres / 150gr redberries

Derreter o chocolate com a manteiga e açúcar em banho-maria.
Adicionar os ovos um a um à mistura de chocolate. Adicionar a farinha e cacau e mexer bem. Envolver metade da fruta. Colocar a mistura numa forma e cobrir com a restante fruta.
Levar a formo pré-aquecido a 170º durante 30 minutos.


Melt the chocolate with the butter and sugar in a double boiler.
Add the eggs one by one to the chocolate mixture. Add the flour and cocoa and stir well. Wrap half of the fruit. Place the mixture in a pan and cover with the remaining fruit.
Take to preheated oven at 170º  for 30 minutes.
